Ensuring the patient’s safety and medical stability during transportation on commercial flights, private aircraft, or at home, especially when their medical condition requires continuous monitoring.
Having trained medical personnel available allows for an immediate response to any medical situation, minimizes travel-related risks, and provides peace of mind for both the patient and their family, ensuring safe, continuous care from departure to arrival.

Medical personnel must receive the patient’s Clinical Summary and conduct a pre-travel medical evaluation at least two days before departure.
For commercial flights, the client must purchase the airline ticket for the Medical Escort to ensure the medical professional is seated next to the patient throughout the flight.
The patient must travel with a companion, preferably a family member, in addition to the Medical Escort, who will continuously monitor and assist the patient whenever necessary during the journey.
During the flight, the Medical Escort will carry a fully equipped medical kit containing all essential supplies required to provide immediate patient care if needed.
If the patient is returning home after the flight, the Medical Escort will accompany the patient to their residence and, if medically necessary, continue monitoring them for up to 24 hours.
If the patient’s destination is a hospital, the Medical Escort will hand over the patient directly to the physician responsible for their ongoing medical care.
Upon completion of the service, the medical professional will provide the client with a properly completed and signed Patient Care Report (FRAP) documenting all medical care provided during the transport.
If the patient is using medical equipment that must be removed or replaced by the Medical Escort, the client must provide equivalent equipment for continued patient care.
To prepare an accurate quotation, several factors must be evaluated, including the patient’s medical condition, departure and destination locations, and the expected duration of the service. Please contact us so we can provide a personalized quotation.
